Javier Alvarez
Javier Alvarez has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of the restaurant business. He worked for 14 of those years running his family restaurant in Nuevo Leon, Mexico. His formal education included 3 years of Medical School with another year of Chemistry and Pharma-biology. Javier has lived in the United States since 1980.
Javier specializes in Mexican, French, Chinese, and American cuisine. He has a talent and dedication to Culinary Arts above that of many formally trained culinary arts graduates. Javier believes you should always exceed your guest’s expectations, and he does that every night while ruling the rôti, (the most important station in every kitchen). He does this with a consistency that is rarely found in the industry these days.
